Refund policy

At UNTABLE, we carefully select delicate ceramic and glass items to ensure exceptional quality and aesthetics. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly provide returns for store credit only.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Damaged Items

UNTABLE carefully packs each order to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@untable.ca with clear photos of the issue. We will promptly provide an appropriate solution.

Please note that ceramic items, particularly handcrafted pieces, occasionally exhibit minor imperfections such as small black spots, pinholes, bubbles, or uneven glaze due to artisanal production and high-temperature firing. These characteristics are normal craftsmanship marks and do not affect the functionality or quality of the products. They are not considered damage or defects.
